I highly recommend Shelby! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous and kept their word. Their initial estimate was reasonable and they communicated with us regularly about the process and progress of the roof. We have a 125-year-old house that we love and want to preserve. Shelby understands this and kept us in the loop the entire time. They are responsive and we didn’t have to wait on them for any service. During the roofing process, they discovered that our very old, original chimney on the back of our house had deteriorated badly. They had their own tuck pointer give us an estimate and he fixed it without delaying the project at all. I am so happy with our experience!!!

Shelby Roofing was amazing from start to finish. Communication was spot on and Jeremy kept us updated throughout the entire project. We had a new roof put on and he was knowledgeable and helped us choose shingles that were right for our house. The crew did a great job afterwards as well with clean up. Jeremy Mills helped us select, order and install new gutter guards. Leaves and seeds were always stuck in our old guards. They really didn’t keep much out. The new ones have been in for about a month and nothing is getting stuck so far! Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Couldn’t have been more satisfied with Shelby Roofing. Jeremy took care of some minor siding and soffit repair needed as a result of recent storms. I called one afternoon for an estimate, and they were there to take a look the next day (after I got off of work). Jeremy took a look, told me exactly what needed to be done, came up with a plan and was there the next day to get it taken care of. We contacted Shelby to replace our 15 year old roof. They came out, did a thorough inspection and provided photos and explanations of the issues on the roof and how they would correct the deficiencies in the new installation. Said we were about 5 weeks out due to supply issues, but they were able to schedule it within 2 weeks. We were having flooring installed the same week and they worked with us on delivery to get both projects completed. Very competitive on price, and the crew they sent out was very professional and completed the work in a day. Did a post-installation walk around with us and contacted us twice afterward to ensure there were no issues.

Had a ventng issue with my mother's ceiling having water damage. Called several roofing places,they blamed HVAC. Called HVAC they blamed roofing. This went on for weeks trying to get someone to determine what needed to be done and who could do it. Spoke with Christian, the owner, trying to get some answers. He came THE SAME DAY I spoke with him- out to her house and clearly diagnosed the issue. (Wasn't even a roofing problem) I was able to fix the issue in her attic myself with his tutelage. He was so helpful clearing up a confusion with his staff in determining the problem. Stands by his word, trust worthy company owner
